Liz is a Chartered Insurance Broker with over 20 years of industry experience and is the driving force behind Thatch Assist. She founded the business to simplify the complexities of specialist property insurance and brings deep market knowledge, clear leadership, and a practical understanding of what thatched homeowners need from their cover.

Callum joined Thatch Assist in October 2022, having started his insurance career in 2018 at one of the UK's largest brokers. As Client Services Manager, he helps lead our service standards and makes sure clients receive thoughtful guidance, clear advice, and a smooth experience from first conversation through to cover being arranged.

Helen joined Thatch Assist in January 2022, backed by a career in insurance spanning back to 2004. She is highly experienced in complex non-standard property risks, from thatched homes to listed and heritage buildings, and uses that depth of knowledge to help clients secure robust protection for distinctive properties.
